To create a seamless upload and publish workflow for Viostream users, transcoding presets are set by your Account Manager at the account level.
In most cases there will be six transcoding presets - catering for desktop users at low, medium and high quality, and mobile device users at low, medium and high quality. You may have more presets, or different presets based on the type of account you hold.
To view the transcoding presets for your account:
- Select MANAGE THIS ACCOUNT from the Accounts drop down menu.
- Click the Transcoding Presets widget to display the transcoding presets for your account.
