Viostream Users can be allocated one of four User Roles for each account. These roles allow varying levels of access and features within the Viostream platform for that User.
Throughout this documentation, the relevant roles that can access the different Viostream features are denoted with labels (e.g. Publisher).
Admin
A Viostream Admin has full access to Viostream, including management and publication of Media, managing users and managing different security profiles.
Publisher
A Viostream Publisher has full access to manage and publish Media.
Creator
A Viostream Creator can upload Media. Creators can manage and share their own Media but cannot access any shared Media, Themes or Channels.
Analyst
A Viostream Analyst can access the Reporting tab.
