How do I upload a transcript file?

Improve the accessibility and indexability of your videos by uploading a transcript file.

1. From the  Library, locate the video to which you wish to add transcripts and click on its title.
2. Click through to the Captions tab.
3. Click the Add Transcript link
4. Select your file to upload and click Select.

Supported file extensions are html, htm,pdf,txt,rtf,doc and docx.

All transcripts are automatically scanned by viruses and malware.
