Accessing Viostream

Welcome to Viostream!

This tutorial is designed for users who don't yet have a login to Viostream.

Obtain a user account - existing customers

If your company is an existing Viostream customer but you don't have a user account, one of your administrators will need to add you as a user. 

If you don't know who your administrator is, please contact us at support@viostream.com and we'll point you in the right direction.

Once your user account has been created, you will receive a welcome email. Follow the steps below to begin your Viostream journey.

If your company is not a Viostream customer, you can request a 30 day free trial to get started.

Once your user account has been created, you will receive a welcome email. Follow the steps below to begin your Viostream journey.

Open the welcome email

When your Viostream account is created you will receive an automated email prompting you to activate your account. To activate your account:

  1. Click the activation link in the email, or paste the URL into your browser.
  2. Enter a password.
  3. Re-enter the password.
  4. Click Set Password.



Your Viostream account is now active!

Log in to Viostream

Once you set your password, you will be automatically be logged in to Viostream. If you need to log in again, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to https://app.viostream.com.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Login.
