Sharing your Media

Once you have uploaded your first Media Asset, you will want to share it with your colleagues or customers.

Viostream provides many different ways to share your Media:

• Playback links
• Download links
• Embed codes
• Social media

Share a playback link

1. From the Library, locate the Media Asset you wish to share and click the Share button
2. Click the Copy Link button to copy a link to the share page to your clipboard

Share a download link

1. From the Library, locate the asset you wish to download and click on the kebab menu
2. In the drop-down menu, click the Download button
3. Click the Copy Download Link button to copy a link to the download page to your clipboard

Script embed

1. From the Library, locate the Media Asset you wish to embed and click the Share button
2. In the dialogue, click the Embed tab
3. Click the Copy Embed Code button to copy the embed code to your clipboard
4. Paste the embed code into your web publishing software.

If your website publishing system doesn’t support javascript snippets, you can also try embedding an iframe instead by selecting the Iframe radio button.
