Note: if you have enabled SSO access to Viostream, MFA is controlled by your SSO provider and not by Viostream.
Viostream supports Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using any Time-based One-time-Password (TOTP) application such as:
MFA is enabled on your user account in the same familiar way as many other applications. You can find the MFA settings in your user settings menu, which you can access by clicking your username in the top navigation menu and selecting My settings.
To enable MFA, follow the instructions in the MFA panel on the user settings screen.
Link to this articleNew Viostream accounts use a default Viostream Player with some standard settings. You can set a custom Player to be your account default Player. This will impact all links and embed for assets across the account, unless a specific player is specified on a per-embed basis.
