A summary of customer-facing improvements and fixes shipped in June 2026.

Event Report​

The event report has been rebuilt with more consistent data and improved freshness. Reporting data for your events now updates faster and provides more reliable metrics across all event types.

Audio Player Custom Branding​

Custom player theme branding now applies correctly to the audio player. Your brand colours are reflected consistently across both video and audio embeds. Admins can also preview audio player branding directly in the Player Profile Editor under workspace settings.

Autostart Live Sessions​

Live stream operators can now opt in to automatic encoder start at the scheduled broadcast time. This removes the need to be online at the exact moment to manually start the encoder, reducing the risk of a missed or late broadcast.

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed an issue where default themes were not created for new subaccounts
  • Fixed channel search errors that could occur with certain content configurations
  • Fixed event livestream slide push reliability when stream timestamps were unavailable
