Premium Captions
Premium Captions are professionally produced captions generated by human reviewers, offering higher accuracy than automated captions. They are purchased as a balance of minutes and consumed when you order captions for a video.
Navigate to the Settings page and select Premium Captions from the sidebar to manage your balance.
How the Minutes System Works
Premium Captions use a pre-purchased minutes balance. When you order captions for a video, the duration of that video is deducted from your balance. For example, ordering captions for a 30-minute video consumes 30 minutes from your balance.
Your current balance is displayed on the Premium Captions page.
Order More Minutes
To top up your minutes balance, click Order Minutes. Follow the prompts to select a minutes package and complete your order. Your balance is updated immediately after purchase.
Apply Premium Captions to a Video
Once you have a minutes balance, you can order captions for individual videos from the media detail page in your library. Captions are typically delivered within one business day.
Premium Captions are available on the enterprise plan. Contact Customer Success via the Live Chat to add Premium Captions to your plan.
