Themes
Themes control the visual appearance of your Viostream share pages and embedded players. A theme lets you apply your organisation's branding — logo, colours, and layout — to every video you share.
Navigate to the Settings page and select Themes from the sidebar.
What a Theme Controls
Each theme can be customised with:
- Your organisation's logo
- Page background and font colours
- Player colour scheme
- Whether to show or hide the media title, description, and applause button
- A footer
Creating a Theme
Click New Theme to create a theme. Give it a name, configure the branding options, and save.
Editing a Theme
Click Edit Theme next to the theme you want to change. Any updates apply immediately to all media using that theme.
Deleting a Theme
To delete a theme, use the options menu next to the theme. Media that was using the deleted theme will revert to your default theme.
Default Theme
One theme in your workspace is set as the default. This theme is automatically applied to newly shared media unless a different theme is selected.
The free plan includes a single customisable theme. essentials and higher plans support multiple themes.
