Connect Facebook

Social Syndication is available as an add-on module. If you see an Upgrade button on the Facebook card, contact Customer Success via the Live Chat to add it to your plan.

Connecting a Facebook Business Page allows your team to publish videos directly to that page from within Viostream. One Facebook Page can be connected per workspace.

Connect a Facebook Page

1. Navigate to Connectors in the  Settings page.
2. Click Connect on the Facebook card.
3. You will be redirected to Facebook to authorise Viostream.
4. Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your Business Page and grant the requested permissions.
5. Select the Business Page you want to connect from the list.
6. You will be returned to Viostream. The Facebook card will show your connected page name.

Viostream stores and automatically refreshes the connection token — no manual re-authentication is required unless you explicitly disconnect.

Disconnect a Facebook Page

1. Navigate to Connectors in the  Settings page.
2. Click the options menu on the Facebook card.
3. Select Disconnect.

Disconnecting removes Viostream's access to the page immediately. Any videos previously published to Facebook remain on the page — disconnecting does not delete them.
