Organize with Tags

Tags are used to organize your  Library in a non-hierarchal fashion. Viostream users can use Tags to associate different properties of their Media, whether it be topic, location, presenter, target audience or video length.

Unlike  Channels, Tags are designed to be free form, and are mainly used to enable you to better filter your Media.

Creating tags​

  1. From the  Library, locate the Media Asset you wish to tag and click on its Title
  2. In the Details pane, click the Add Tags to you Media link
  3. Type in a Tag and press enter or choose from the drop down list
  4. Repeat step 3 for more Tags

The tags will be automatically saved to your Media Asset. To remove a Tag, simply click it and click the icon.
