Restrict your Channel with SSO

Channel SSO is available on the enterprise plan. You must connect an SSO provider to your workspace before completing these steps — see the Connectors section for setup guides.

Once you have connected an identity provider to your workspace, you can use it to restrict a Channel so that only viewers who authenticate with your organisation can access it.

Enable SSO on a Channel​

  1. From the  Channels tab, click into the Channel you want to secure.
  2. Select the Audience tab.
  3. Click Enable viewer sign-in.
  4. Select Viewers sign in with SSO.
  5. Choose your identity provider from the dropdown list.
  6. Click Save.

Viewers will now be redirected to your identity provider to sign in before being returned to the Channel.

Connect an Identity Provider​

If your provider does not appear in the dropdown, it has not yet been connected to your workspace. Follow the relevant guide to add it:
