Channel Reports
The Reports tab gives you a summary of how your Channel is performing over a selected time period.
To open it, click into a Channel from the Channels page and select the Reports tab.
The Reports tab is available on Gallery and Playlist channels. UGC channels do not include a Reports tab.
Date Range
By default the report shows the past 28 days. Use the date picker to select a different period. Available presets: last 7 days, last 28 days, last 90 days, and last 12 months. You can also set a custom start and end date.
Each metric shows a trend comparison against the equivalent period immediately before the selected range, so you can see at a glance whether performance is improving or declining.
Metrics
Total Plays
The total number of times videos on this Channel have been played during the selected period.
Most Popular Videos
The top performing videos on the Channel, ranked by play count. Useful for identifying which content is driving the most engagement.
Viewer Geography
A breakdown of where your viewers are located, by country. Useful for understanding whether your content is reaching your intended audience.
Viewer Devices
A breakdown of the devices your viewers are using — desktop, mobile, or tablet.
Exporting the Report
Click the Export button to generate a PDF of the current report. The PDF is compiled asynchronously and delivered to your email address when ready.
