Reviewing your event reports

Once your event is live or has finished, the Reports tab shows:

  • Stats — Registered Viewers (if sign-in is enabled), Total Viewers, Max Concurrent viewers, and Average Watched time
  • Event Timeline — a graph of viewers over the course of the broadcast
  • Registrations by Day — how sign-ups built up over time, if viewer sign-in is enabled

Below the graphs, three tabs give more detail:

  • Registered Viewers — a table of everyone who signed up, if sign-in is enabled
  • Viewer Geography — where your audience watched from
  • Viewer Technology — the devices and browsers your audience used

Exporting viewer activity​

Click Export CSV to download a report of viewer name, email, when they started watching, and minutes watched.

Deleting an event is permanent and removes all of its data, including registered viewers and reports — export anything you need to keep before you delete an event.
