Prior to this update, non-ASCII characters (such as EM dashes) caused errors when downloading transcript files.
What has been improved?
Now when a file with these special characters is downloaded from the player, they are filtered out, allowing users to download and view transcript files on all systems, including older systems that don’t have Unicode support.
All your transcript files will now be viewable and downloadable without issue.
